That’s right, as you can tell from the title my baby boy is starting preschool!! He’s only going twice a week until noon but we’ve definitely begun a new stage of life. Saturday morning was his open house. He was sooooooooo excited!! We’ve haven’t told him much about preschool because we knew the anticipation would be too much for him (and us… hearing about it a million times a day). Well I was so glad we hadn’t, because Saturday morning he asked me literally 50 times if we could go. Finally I stopped and told him, “Eli, we can’t go. Your school’s not even open yet.” He pondered that for a minute and responded, “Well, can we go now and just wait outside?” I think he’s gonna like it…
Anyway along with the new stage of school we’ve also entered that not fun stage of not smiling normally for a camera. As you can see below:
